This is the generation from those born in the early 1980’s to the early 2000’s. They were brought up with technology and computers. It’s insane to see the amount of those that carry around a cell phone or even those that are constantly on the computer.
Yes I am in this generation and I do spend a lot of time on the computer and have a phone near by me. But this is often for another reason than just feeling “connected”. With a computer and a phone I am able to have a voice. I can talk but others simply have a hard time understanding me. It gets frustrating after having to repeat myself a few times. Despite what others may say being connected is a good thing for me.
What about you? Are you constantly connected for some reason other than just being connected?
Believe it or not, millennials are taking over our workforce. They are the babies of the baby boomers generation. Pretty soon they will make up our workforce. And believe it or not, some of them may not be ready to handle the leadership potential and responsibility. This video says it well:

Loved the video. In one of the WSJ articles a while ago I read about millenials aspirations being real low. In an interview they found Millenials were happy to become a hair dresser or a chef. Aspirations were never so low
