I’m rebloging this one because I took on a major achievement for me today. I RAN a mile on the treadmill in 22 minutes. For someone that wasn’t supposed to walk, I’d say that is a pretty cool thing!
Remember if you put your mind to it then you will be able to achieve it!

When doctors said that I wouldn’t live, I did.
When doctors said that I wouldn’t walk again, I did.
When doctor’s said I wouldn’t walk with a cane, I did.
When doctors thought I shouldn’t go back to school, I did and got the highest grade in my calculus class.
When doctors said I wouldn’t be able to drive, I did.
When doctors thought I wouldn’t be able to manage money, I did.
When doctors thought I wouldn’t be able to work, I did.
When doctors thought I wouldn’t be able to ride a bike, I did.
Do you notice “I did” in every single sentence? Most activities are possible (I wouldn’t attempt sky diving or becoming a hire wire performer)
Sure some of the above require some modification to achieve it but that should not stop you. I am a doer and refuse to take no for an answer…
