Some times are simply not easy! Maybe they are tough? Maybe they are just long? Or maybe they are just boring?

Have a cup of coffee or two. Time to relax and determine what happens next.
Twigs says hi as we sit here from Starbucks! I should have taken a nap after biking 13 miles in the humidity this morning but this coffee will keep me awake for now!

š I’m amazed at how much exercise you can do. How long did it take before you could exercise? I’m unable to do much, stairs are hard and I tired so fast. But, I think I need exercise, it’s just finding the balance.
