Why do they do that?

Have you ever sat and people watched?

Sometimes it is a bit interesting and can make time fly.

We are all raised differently and come from different backgrounds.

We don’t think the same.

We have different values

and different thoughts of different objects or people or things,

again it is based on how they were raised.

How do you deal with it if someone was offensive toward you?

Would you be able to let it fly by your thoughts and stay cool?

I went to the Bank today to open up a business account. I am still grasping the fact that this was possible!

I signed in and sat down to wait. There were a few people there so I knew that it would be a while; I wasn’t too worried because I didn’t have to be anywhere.

I sat down and one couple was called. It was another lady and then me. At some point this colored lady sat down.

At this point another lady came in and just needed to fax something so the branch leader decided to do this really quick. However this lady ahead of me kept on complaining that it was not her place in line and she should have been helped first.

Oh this lady also got up just as soon as this colored person sat down and walked around.

People are simply amusing!

I am just laughing in my head and soon after I get called.

I sat down to open an account an we got to the point where she asked how I wanted to fund the account. Oh shit, I didn’t realize that!

So I pulled out my DD-214 and her demeanor instantly changed.

That alone just is funny!

Now if only I had mentioned I was an MP (military police), I wonder how that would have gone?

So are you people watching? How do their actions affect how you act?

  2. I had to read the first sentence twice – have you ever sat and people watched (you) or as it was intended. I laughed to myself and recalled the elegance of the comma in the English language. Too many pandas would be shooting too many people for food Abdul dining and dashing. Or, are they m-dashing? You decide 😝
