A rare winter treat

Winters in Rockford, IL are normally snow covered and freezing out!

It seems like we have skipped winter and gone right to spring especially during the day.

Life can surely suck at times but when you least expect it something will come along and cheer you up.

They can be subtle things or a massive thing such as the weather change.

I have been having a hard time lately, more than most everyone knows. I think only one or two people know.

So I was quite surprised with the weather outlook, high of 52 today and high of 57 tomorrow.

Seriously?

How could I not get outside?

So I pumped up my tires, tightened all the screws, nuts, and bolts were tight, and made sure none of the wires were loose.

I got 12 miles in today and I would love to get more in tomorrow if only my left calf muscle would stop screaming.

Are you taking advantage of rare treats to cheer you up?

◇ I AM a Rugby Player so I Totally Understand PAIN!!! especially that PAIN!!! which is Debilitating and is 100% InCapacitating; it’s Crystal Clear Clarity that if it’s PAIN!!! with No Structural Damage I Take a Cortisone Injection and Deal with The PAIN!!! obviously if There is Structural Damage like a Torn Ligament I AM UnAble to Continue and, as I Rarely Do, I Actively Listen to The Physio for Advice about Ligament Recovery so for ALL of You that Are Able to Move Under Your Own Steam I Suggest Spare a Thought for Those Confined to Beds and WheeChairs and Be Very, Very, Very Grateful that You ARE STILL FUCKING ACTIVE!!! 🤗😇😗
