Shouldn’t it?
I don’t understand peoples actions, plain and simple!
Somehow it is easier to go with an abled bodied person than an disabled person.
There are really very few exceptions to this rule of course; almost anything can be modified.
Disabled people are quite often like the lowest people on the totem pole. It’s very frustrating because I KNOW that they can do so much more.
Why do people not understand that?
They are targeted in pretty much everything but when was the last time you saw an act against someone with a disability?
It’s probably been a while if ever but you have seen news about women being raped or killed or some other crime.
Ok so what is the difference?
I really don’t know of any besides the obvious disability. Did you know that can be illegal?
If so, shouldn’t all have an equal right?
One area that I know is lacking in equality is employment.
Today I stopped at Dunkin for a coffee. There were 2 male employees, there was a white male and a colored male. The white male was running to get everything for the 7 cars in the drive thru. Not meaning to be racist but the colored male was just standing there. I believe that I waited about 15 minutes.
I’m just thinking to myself, you chose the able bodied person over someone who might have to fight to survive? This is the stuff that is very frustrating.
Why can’t we change it?
