I did the research about the problem that I can’t like your posts (and those of that you cross-posted).
I asked WordPress directly an told them my issue and after a few technical tune-ups they responded:

I know what the culprit is! Safari uses something called Cross Site Tracking prevention, which can occasionally interfere with how WordPress.com checks to see you’re logged in.
The good news is, you can turn this off! choose Safari > Preferences, then click Privacy. Make sure to uncheck the box labeled “Prevent cross-site tracking.” Once that’s done you should stop having issues with liking and commenting!
”
I did and yes, it works, I could like a few posts of yours.
So now you know that the problem does not lie on your end and don’t have to waste time searching for bugs i your setup.
