I like the message presented here!
Well the time has come and obviously what you are doing is not working.
So what do you do?
Do you keep at it in hopes that something will eventually happen?
Or do you change tactic and try that?
Often when something is not working, you need to make it work for you.
Take a chance and see what happens?
I am to the point where I just laugh silently at some of the reasons employers give me. “We pulled that job and are no longer having it. But please stay connected with us in the event that something does open up that will fit you.”
Oh really, than why is Barbara just starting in the department doing those duties. Oh and she only has an AA and no relevant experience? Names are fictional here and this is just the thought.
