That is what they told me when I went to Menards this afternoon.

If you only need a part, then why buy the whole thing?

This relates to the abilities of people.

We may only have a part of the hose but for some reason they want the whole hose.

Maybe they want to save it for future use?

But why keep it?

It could be waste down the road as technology and materials improve.

So why buy the whole thing when you only need a part of it?
