Break time!

You can’t run 24/7/365.

With that you can’t run 24 hours a without taking a break.

Sure you sleep at night but that is only 7-8 hours. More if you are lucky!

A break may also be needed after physical activities.

I decided after the bike ride today to stop at Starbucks. I have a few rewards to use so this seemed like a good time to use them.
