Is it better to be prepared or is it better to accept whatever life may throw at you?

In some situations it may be best to be prepared because you know what may happen or do you really know?

Life can throw some significant curveballs at us and we may not always be prepared for them.

But we may not and that is often the best part of it all.

After the major snow storm on Sunday, roads were covered in snow and ice around where I live. Many places were closed Monday and this allowed plows to plow the roads and put down salt.

However this meant that private businesses were in charge of doing their own parking lot. Many places that I went Monday afternoon were plowed and de-iced. My last stop of the day was Arby’s to get a free sandwich because the coupon expired.
