Rehabilitation was not easy but therapists tried to make it fun. Checkers was a common game that was used since you had to use your finger muscles to pick up the disc and use your eyes to slide it through the opening. Having double vision I missed it the first few times and when I finally got it in the slot, it was on the opposite side of where the other pieces were.
So I tried over and over until eventually I got the disc in the correct spot.
Life is a lot like this game. Your “disk” aka circle of choices may not always land in the right spot. Try and try again until it eventually lands in the spot you intended.
What about those disks that land away from where the other disks lay?
Do you forget about them?
